The Dungs 226462 (FRG 715/6) is a proportionator/zero governor regulator with a 1-1/2" NPT connection. It has an aluminum body with an NBR-based rubber seal and diaphragm, capable of handling a maximum operating pressure of 7 psi. CSA Listed for safety compliance.

It can function either as a ratio regulator, maintaining a constant gas-to-air ratio by adjusting gas flow in proportion to combustion air, or as a zero governor, reducing incoming gas pressure to zero or slightly above/below atmospheric pressure for precise control.

Formerly 226-462, designed for use in industrial and commercial heating systems. Suitable for natural gas, propane, butane, air, and other inert gases. The unit is designed for mounting with the regulator dome either vertically upright or lying horizontally.

Dungs does not offer a repair kits for the FRG Series Regulators. The only replacement part available for this particular regulator is the 229-851 spring.

Replacement springs are available for this regulator. Part # 229851 is the a replacement Brown spring that is adjustable from 1" to 3.6" w.c.
