Hi is there a pre set setting when i replace the screw (like a number of turns from the top)if i want to reset it like the factory setting? I have a RV47 regulator.

There is no way to determine by number of turns a factory preset. One recommendation is to purchase a new RV47 that will be factory set. You'll need to know the spring range, inlet size etc. for your application as well.

Another alternative would be to add a manometer or pressure gauge downstream of the regulator. You will then be able to adjust the set screw to the desired outlet pressure for your application.
