The ESA Pyronics E5102 12-BZR-REG-II is a 1-1/2" NPT zero gas regulator (governors). It is the new updated version and direct replacement to the older generation Pyronics 5101-12-BZR.

Suitable for applications requiring gas regulation on venturi and proportional type mixers, the 12-BZR provide reliable and accurate gas flow control. Outlet gas is supplied accurately through the regulator based on a pressure signal that is proportional to the actual combustion air pressure and restores the same pressure value on the gas line. They offer precise and reliable gas flow control on different types of combustion systems actuating diaphragms from positive and negative signals from positive pressure sources or from suction created through air gas mixers bodies in the combustion system.

Made of GAlSi 9.1 cast Aluminum the valve body is rugged an suitable for harshest environments. The 12-BZR regulator has a 1 1/2” inlet and outlet threaded valve for threaded pipe connections and can be mounted vertical in an upright position with horizontal piping or horizontal with vertical piping.

Suitable for many combustion applications these Zero Regulators are often found as Zone Regulators on industrial bakery ovens operating with ribbon burners.
