Danfoss 034N0082 CPCE 12 hot gas bypass regulator valve is a 1/2" ODF capacity controller for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems using HCFC and HFC refrigerants such as R22, R134a, R404A/R507 and R407C.  Installed between the discharge and suction lines, it diverts hot gas to the evaporator inlet to maintain minimum evaporating pressure, prevent coil icing and hunting, stabilize case temperature and reduce compressor cycling for better part-load efficiency and longer compressor life.  This compact CPCE 12 regulator is a dependable replacement choice for walk-in coolers, process chillers and other medium-temperature applications where precise evaporator pressure control is required.
